Indian cuisine fresh and delicious! One of the best restaurants in Günzburg.

Shame, food is actually very good and so are the staff :) but today we ordered two meals with cheese and the meal came without cheese although we were unfortunately not informed about it .... of course we were very disappointed, otherwise we would have ordered other dishes if we had known. The menu specifically said with homemade cheese.

Food was taken to take away. Neatly packed (even the soup was not a problem). Prepared quickly. Everything was delicious. Thanks recommend.

Their food is amazing. Went there so many times already and never got disappointed, even if they had a lot of costumers. Plus: they make the food fast, so if you're hungry you don't need to wait for long.

For me the best Indian! Always very tasty and a good offer even for lunch. Whether eating there or ordering, they are always very friendly and cater to all requests. I can only recommend it.

Very good Indian restaurant in the center of Günzburg. Nice ambience with matching furnishings and Indian background music. It pays to reserve in advance. Relatively many guests, especially on weekends there is a lot going on and we had to wait a bit for food ... But it's definitely worth it, because it's really delicious :-)

I was here as a guest on recommendation. From the reception to the food I can only say positive things. The staff is very professional and thoughtful, and the food is delicious. I felt completely at ease and can recommend this place to others. AT THE. 👍

We went to Günzburg to eat Indian again, with the Safran family !!! As always, it was so delicious 😋 that I could give more than 5 points. But there are only 5 and the staff is, as always, very friendly and easy-going. And we need that as humans, because there is already enough stress. Always very tasty

We ate very well here. Excellent taste and very nice wait staff. We often eat Indian, it tasted best here so far. The waiting time until the food came was very long. It was worth it. Clear recommendation.

Had a meal there today, otherwise I'm not the Indian eater, but I have to say, the starter and main course were very tasty. The portions were so big, unfortunately we didn't finish everything and I'm usually a very good eater. The ambience is beautiful, when you sit in the restaurant you could really think you are somewhere else in the world. The staff is super nice and happy to answer questions about the food and also have a lot of educational information about the food and the country. Unfortunately, I have to give a star deduction, since the current Corona time includes recording the contact details, but was not done here. In addition, you had to wait a long time for the main course and the supply of drinks was inadequate.

Indian food. Nan bread with garlic very tasty. Unfortunately there are no more starters (dips) on the house.

Best place from Ulm to Augsburg to have Indian food.... Hands down

Very tasty food and moderate prices. We sat outside in the picturesque old town and got a seat for five even though we hadn't made a reservation. Probably because we were there shortly after 6 p.m. When we went an hour and a half later, the shop was full even though it was midweek.

The food was delicious, the service was unfortunately unfriendly. In future I will go to eat with the other Indian in Günzburg.

I am Indian and know Indian tastes well. I have eaten in so many Indian restaurants so far, you can't find any for such delicious food. It's a very good Indian restaurant. I 100% recommend it. and I leave 5 stars. very nice and polite staff.

Did not like food. Ordered Lam Karhai but it was sweet. Did not feel any authentic flavour. Kashmiri biryani had too many raisins that it felt sweet overall. Milk tea tasted really bad I think they tried to put too many spices in it. I was not satisfied with meat quality as well. Worst of all food arrived very late.

Very tasty Indian food. Good service and pleasant atmosphere. The beef currey and the phudi were delicious and not spicy.

Good Indian cuisine, tried many different dishes (especially lunch dishes). Delicious seasoning, good prices (lunch dishes around 6-8 €). Food can also be picked up and there is cutlery if you want.

I have to say in advance: The Punjabi Chicken was really phenomenal. Now to my, unfortunately big drawback: The waitress unfortunately seemed rather uninterested and only brought us our drinks after we had finished eating. In 15 years of gastronomy, I have learned one thing: Drinking has to come first! But since every day gets a bad day, I'll try again at the next opportunity!

Great taste and service always

Excellent food and the price / performance ratio was really great. The products are all bought fresh (no cans or frozen goods) and everything is freshly prepared so it may take a little longer. As a trained chef, I can only say that everything from the staff to the food was excellent. If someone complains that it takes too long or is expensive, you should buy and prepare the products yourself to see how much work is involved. Thanks again to the entire "Saffron" team, it was excellent.

We took take away.. i would say one of the best kebabs we ever had.. very juicy and tasty.. sugesstion staffs could have be little bit supportive.

What a great food. Everything tasted amazing.. chef has done wonderful job on everything. Will definitely visit again. Try veg or non-veg thali. One of the best!

Very delicious food!!!!!

Food quality is great. We were 6 PPL and all ordered different items and all liked it, unlike the case with Indian restaurants in Ulm. Note, no parking available and also remember to book before hand for evening dinning.

Typical restaurant for tourists and visitor of Legoland. The food is ok but not real Indian food. I will skip this next time

Authentic Indian Restaurant

In the beginning I had to wait a lot for the condition. After that, everything was great !! The food is really tasty and homemade too. Watch out! Where it says “very hot” on the menu is really hot. So be careful :)

Unfortunately the dishes were not tasty as per indian spices and the mixed vegetable dish that we had ordered had raw potatoes .The owner wasn't sorry about it and acted as though it was an every day affair. In addition she had an attitude for everything .All that is taken care of in other Indian hotels is not to be done here - were her exact words. for eg .a simple thing of dividing mango lassi for the kids into two glasses. She had an attitude even when taking the order. The second helping of bread took so long to arrive inspite of ordering it well in advance . So basically food not being tasty, not arriving on time, being raw, bad customer service is what we experienced. Neither would i ever go there again nor would I suggest this place to anyone .

A good Indian restaurant with variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian food. The music playing at the restaurant when we visited them was very nice and soothing for ears..:) The staff and service is also good, worth trying it once if you visit Gunzburg.

This is the third time we've eaten here in a year. Food and portions are good, we have eaten outside and inside and it always seems clean. Service adequate.

After a day's visit to legoland we decided to meet our friend from ulm at Saffran. Never been there before so we took our chances. The restaurant is located at a beautiful location right in the middle of the city and is a pedestrian area too...so.optimum if ur out with small kids. The food was good and the service was also good. Would recommend the place to anyone who is out visiting legoland and looking for a place to wind down.

Food is quiet good, portions are enough for two. Staff speak German, English and Hindi. Food is spicy on request.
